Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Ready-to-ship items are usually sent out faster.
Made-to-order items are created specifically for you and may take additional processing time. These items are always brand new.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

Shipping destinationAny applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Shipping Method
We primarily ship using USPS. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Used / Gently Loved Items
Some items in our shop are gently used and will be clearly labeled as such in the product description. These items are carefully inspected before shipping.
Delays
While we do our best to ship quickly, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered.
If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
